My Idol : Stephen Chow

My idol ba buanyek bgt…. Tapi the most idol gue saat ni sebenarnya Wang Lee Hom, tp ud ke post ma famel. Gpp dech. M4 da stock idol yg laen, hehehehe… yaitu raja komedi Stephen Chow. Sebenarnya ud dr kecil sering nonton film2 ny krn tante gue jg suka ma film2nya.. Tapi gue mulai tau nama besarnya waktu Sma 1. Alasan mengidolakannya krn Stephen Chow adalah actor yg hebat, selain seorang actor dia jg menjadi penulis scenario, produser dan seorang yg pekerja keras. Dia sangat mengidolakan bruce lee. Krn kecintaan ny terhadap bruce lee, dia selalu berusaha membuat film ny selalu berkaitan dgn bruce lee, mulai dr gayanya.. Semangat Mr.Chow ni tak prnh padam dr awal dia berkarir hingga kini walaupun da yg ga suka bahkan film ttng legenda bruce lee ny prnh ditolak. Namun setiap da cela kesempatan, dia akan selalu mencuri kesempatan mengkaitkannya dgn bruce lee. Semangat nya ini bisa menjadi teladan gue ya.., gue jg sangat pengen bisa menjadi designer suatu hr nanti, walaupun gue ga dpt dukungan dr keluarga. Hiks..

Hehehe, So pasti smua ud pd kenal kan ma ke konyolan ny dia di layar lebar selama ini. Stephen Chow bisa dikenal sebagai pelopor comedian HongKong pd era thn 90 an . Pria kelahiran 22 June 1962 ini memulai karir ny pd thn 1983. film perdananya berjudul Phi Lik Sien Feng ( 1988 ) lewat film ini dia mendapat penghargaan Aktor Pembantu Terbaik versi Festival Film Golden Horse. Dari sini lah awal perjalanan nya berlanjut ke serial TV Wo Lai Ce Ciang Hu, lewat serial ini dia berhasil membawakan peran kocak nya yg menjadi ciri khas nya ampe skr dan dari situ lah namanya mulai meroket dan berhasil mencetak tinta emas u/ perfilman HongKong menjdi raja box office.
Namun setelah 10 thn berkarir dgn nama raja box office, sebuah media HongKong pd thn ‘97 dgn memunculkan sebuah artikel berjudul “10 tahun bintang terang Stephen kini meredup”. Artikel ini memuat kritikan pedas sejumlah sutradara tenar HongKong. Nama Stephen Chow sempat redup waktu itu hingga thn 2001 Stephen muncul kembali dgn film barunya yg berjudul Shaolin Soccer. Nama nya mulai ramai dibicarakan lagi berlanjut dgn film berikutnya Kung Fu Hustle dan CJ7 yg juga menghasilkan berbagai penghargaan dlm dunia perfilman.

Twendy One

Pernahkah anda bermimpi untuk mendapatkan seorang istri yang selalu menurut dan tidak pernah komplain terhadap tugas yang ada???
Well, mungkin itu agak sulit untuk mendapatkan istri seperti itu kecuali anda "menikah" dengan robot Twendy One.
Robot Twendy One adalah robot yang dapat menggantikan sebagian tugas seorang istri (menyiapkan makanan, membangunkan anda) kecuali yang satu itu,(anda bisa mengerti khan ?? )

Selain bisa menyiapkan sarapan dan membangunkan anda. Twendy One juga bisa menemani anda bermain bola.

Robot Twendy One dirancang oleh Waseda University Japan. Robot dengan tinggi sekitar 1,5 meter dan berat 122 kg ini mempunyai "tangan" yang sangat lembut dengan 241 sensor tekanan di dalamnya bahkan dapat memberikan pijatan yang uenak... setelah anda pulang kerja.Robot Twendy One yang dikembangkan oleh Universitas Waseda dijual dengan harga sekitar Rp. 2 milyar.

Algaster Harvesting

Here comes an amazing alga harvesting system designed to bring advancement in future Agriculture. Algaster is a harvesting machine with the capacity to harvest 100kg of alga and it stores the loan in ten containers attached on the upper side. The unit is less powerful but is created with more intelligent ideas. The shape of the unit is similar to an insect with four legs. Algae are used for energy production due to the high level of oil content. Algaster helps in the process of water cleaning in polluted areas where algae expansion may go beyond normal conditions. Once the unit stops its storage process then a hot-air-balloon brings it on the surface.


Some description from the designer :
Algaster uses algae for biomass production, because of their high oil content (several energetic industries are taking this into account from spain to japan). At the same time it provides eutrophic water cleaning (creating energy from pollution, in a way).
The system is composed by several machines, as needed (it could be used in sea water as well as in lakes). Every machine is independent (controlled by a GPS system and driven by robotic legs so it doesn’t destroy the underwater ecosystem) and acting as unit of an insect swarm.

Every unit harvests algae, cut them in little pieces (to make them dry out sooner) and treat them with UV rays (this way sterilizing algae’s spores). Then the load is stored in nets (contained in ten sliding boxes in the back of the machine). When the net is full with treated algae, an inflatable structure closes it and brings it on surface. When every net is full, an inflatable structure brings the machine on surface too. Power supply is provided by solar cells, on the back. In this way, while in the surface without net-containing boxes, it fully recharges. Every machine can harvest a 100kg load every day (10kg every net), a 10 machine system can harvest 1ton of algae!
